Your account data and certificate records are stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage), subject to confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Certificate Verification

AGA certificates are publicly verifiable via QR code or certificate number at agausa.co/verify. The publicly accessible record includes the certificate number, item description, grading data, and appraised value. This information is intentionally public to allow insurance companies and buyers to verify authenticity.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to log in and use the dashboard.
